What Are Your Major Objectives?
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs and driving constant, profitable program growth.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in the daily management of affiliate programs.
- Identify and recruit high-value partners for client programs, ensuring they become actively engaged and sales-driven.
- Develop targeted affiliate recruitment strategies, including communication materials and newsletters.
- Review program applications daily, ensuring accurate affiliate categorization and tagging.
- Negotiate partnerships and promotional placements with prospective affiliates to maximize program impact.
- Maintain, monitor, and report recruitment activities using the CRM system.
- Contribute to client-facing presentations, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in affiliate program tasks, including recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and performance reporting, as directed by the Account Team.
