Key Responsibilities :
Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, internal departments, and staff.
Understand customers’ economic models and develop timely deal strategies.
Maintain accurate and current client information using Finning’s Sales Support software.
Provide optimal solutions to customers inclusive of their equipment, parts and service needs
Forecast new equipment sales and achieve budget revenue targets.
Qualifications :
3-5+ years of experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is an asset.
3-5+ years of Sales Management or Account Management experience, with knowledge of service operations.
Strong knowledge of products and services related to the General Construction industry (Compact Construction Equipment and Building Construction Products).
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Expert persuasion skills and the ability to captivate an audience during presentations and product demonstrations.
Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.

Earning potential of $110,000-$135,000 which includes base plus targeted commission.
