  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops involving Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other operational stakeholders.
  • Define and implement governance frameworks, decision-making bodies, escalation processes, and performance management structures.
  • Support initiatives to reduce and prevent Non-Conformities (NCs) through process improvements, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality excellence programs.
  • Develop operating models, RACI matrices, governance charters, process documentation, and deployment roadmaps.
  • Analyze operational and quality performance data to identify improvement opportunities and track transformation benefits.
  • Design KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and management dashboards to support operational decision-making.
  • Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure sustainable implementation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, or Business Transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial operating environments.
  • Experience designing and implementing business processes, governance models, and operational transformation programs.
  • Proven experience supporting quality improvement initiatives and managing process performance.
  • Familiarity with Non-Conformity management, corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the client location in Mirabel at least three days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace and Defense industry experience (Airbus, Bombardier, Pratt & Whitney, CAE, OEMs, or Tier-1 suppliers).
  • Experience in Quality Transformation programs within manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of industrial quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP and industrial digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with Google Workspace / Google Suite, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Looker Studio (asset), and data analysis and reporting in a Google environment.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate combines the structured thinking of a consultant with the operational mindset of an industrial practitioner. They are comfortable working on the shop floor as well as with senior leadership, can navigate complex stakeholder environments, and have a strong passion for improving quality, reducing non-conformities, and driving sustainable business transformation.
