Program Manager to lead complex customer programs from production through delivery.
This role serves as the operational leader for assigned customer programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure customer commitments are achieved while balancing quality, schedule, cost, and operational performance. You'll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and Finance to proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and drive successful program execution.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary operational contact for key customer programs.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall execution and performance of assigned customer programs
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer commitments are achieved on time and within budget
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers throughout the production lifecycle
- Manage program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and execution plans
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation and recovery strategies
- Coordinate engineering changes and evaluate their impact on cost, schedule, and operations
- Monitor financial performance and support cost improvement initiatives
- Lead recurring internal program reviews and customer status meetings
- Partner with Engineering, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Operations to remove obstacles and drive execution
- Escalate critical issues when necessary while maintaining strong customer communication
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of Program Management, Project Management, or Operations leadership experience within manufacturing
- Aerospace experience is highly preferred; candidates from other complex manufacturing industries will also be considered
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- PMP certification is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits
