Administrateur et formateur Procore

Notre client, une entreprise bien établie, spécialisée dans la construction en tant qu'entrepreneur général depuis plus de 45 ans et dont le siège social est situé à Montréal, est actuellement à la recherche d'un Administrateur et formateur Procore pour l'une de ses divisions de construction, qui s'adresse aux secteurs du commerce de détail et des résidences haut de gamme en Amérique du Nord.

Relevant directement du gestionnaire des systèmes opérationnels, les responsabilités de l'administrateur et du formateur Procore sont les suivantes :

  • Collaborer avec le gestionnaire des des systèmes opérationnels pour analyser, identifier et exécuter les besoins et les objectifs de formation à l'appui des objectifs organisationnels.
  • Assurer l'administration, le support et la maintenance continus de la plateforme Procore.
  • Fournir des services d'assistance aux utilisateurs finaux, des conseils et des formations sur les technologies de construction de manière réactive, efficace et efficiente.
  • Assurer la conformité des équipes opérationnelles aux normes et procédures de l'entreprise.
  • Susciter l'adoption de la plateforme et l'enthousiasme au sein de l'organisation en démontrant la valeur de l'outil et en encourageant les meilleures pratiques tout en favorisant l'efficacité de l'entreprise et en assurant un apprentissage continu pour accroître les compétences de tout le personnel interne.
  • Examiner, enquêter et résoudre les problèmes liés au programme par le biais des guides ou du support Procore.
  • Aider à la création et à la maintenance du centre de formation en ligne pour les guides Procore.
  • Soutenir et encadrer les nouveaux employés.
  • Autres tâches liées à la gestion de projet.

Qualifications et expérience requises :

  • DEC en administration, en informatique, en génie de la construction ou toute autre formation connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • La connaissance de l'industrie de la construction est considérée comme un atout important.
  • La maîtrise de Procore ou d'un autre logiciel de gestion de projet est considérée comme un atout majeur.
  • La capacité d'apprendre et de s'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles technologies et aux nouveaux systèmes logiciels est considérée comme un atout important.
  • La maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais et du français (parlé et écrit) est requise.
  • Approche patiente et empathique pour interagir avec les autres.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois et à modifier les priorités.
  • Attention méticuleuse aux détails et fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.

    Our client, a well-established company specializing in construction as a general contractor for more than 45 years and headquartered in Montreal, is currently looking for a Procore Administrator & Trainer for one of their construction divisions, which caters to the retail and high-end residential sectors in North America.

    Reporting directly to the Systems Operations Manager, the Procore Administrator & Trainer responsibilities are as follows :

  • Partner with the Systems Operations Manager to analyze, identify and execute training needs and objectives in support of organizational goals.
  • Conduct ongoing administration, support, and maintenance of the Procore platform.
  • Provide end-user support services, guidance, and training for construction technologies in a responsive, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the compliance of the operational teams with company standards and procedures.
  • Drive platform adoption and excitement within the organization by demonstrating the value of the tool and encouraging best practices while promoting company efficiency and providing continuous learning to increase the skillset of all internal personnel.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve issues with the program through guides or Procore support.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Online Training Center for Procore Guides.
  • Support and mentor new employees.
  • Other tasks related to project management.
  • Required qualifications and experience :

  • DEC in administration, IT, construction engineering or any related education.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Procore or other Project Management Software is considered a strong asset.
  • Tech-savvy individual with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software systems is considered a strong asset.
  • Professional working proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
  • Patient and empathetic approach to interacting with others.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and change priorities.
  • Requires meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
