Job descriptionProcess incoming payments in compliance with policies and procedures. Daily reconciliation of cash Complete Accounts Receivable reconciliations, investigate issues and contact customers as required Work with internal and external customers to resolve payment issues Process Consolidated Billing and custom invoicing requests Auditing billings to identify potential adjustments Monitor daily invoicing process and maintain relationship with 3rd party invoicing provider. This position may rotate into other departments as required, including but not limited to Customer Service, Collections, New Business originations, etc. University degree in a relevant field or 3 years of commercial lending experience with an emphasis on equipment financing and leasing. Strong MS Excel skills including experience creating formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables Strong communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization Ability to manage priorities and deliver in a timely manner. Team player who demonstrates integrity in dealings with all stakeholders. The actual annual base salary offered will take into account internal equity, skills, and experience among other factors.
