We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk for one of their dealerships in Edmonton.
What You'll Do :
As a vital member of the accounting team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless financial operations by :
- Handling accounts payable tasks such as reconciling statements, processing invoices, and completing cheque runs.
- Managing accounts receivable processes, including payment collection, processing, and overdue account follow-ups.
- Providing reception break coverage as needed.
- Managing and ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining organized databases and filing systems.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks and coverage when required.
What You Bring to the Table :
Recent experience in accounting and data processing.
