Nous nous engageons à vos côtés pour vous accompagner tout au long de votre recherche d'emploi et à chaque étape de votre carrière.Nous sommes à la recherche pour un grand groupe en pleine croissance situé dans le centre-ville, un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des comptes payables.. Vos tâches seront de :
- Responsable des comptes payables ; entrée des factures, vérifications des états de comptes, suivi auprès des fournisseurs et des partenaires internes
- Effectuer l'importation de transactions à partir de différents systèmes
- Soutien à la préparation des documents nécessaires à l'émission des T4A, T4ANR et reçus d'impôt
- Aide à préparer les dossiers de fin d'année fiscale pour les vérificateurs
- Responsable de bâtir et préparer sur une base régulière divers rapports qui seront requis pour l'analyse des fournisseurs
- Classement et archivage de divers documents
- Apporter son soutien à l'équipe des financesVotre profil :
- Diplôme d'études collégiales
- Expérience pertinente d'au minimum sept (7) ans
- Connaissance de Great Plains un atout
- Connaissance de la suite MS Office
- Qualités recherchées : initiative, autonomie, organisation, rigueur, minutie, travail d'équipe
