Job descriptionUndergraduate degree in business or related field, or relevant professional designation. 2‑3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Account Manager in a banking environment. Strong analytical, relationship‑management and business‑development skills. Experience in banking operations and financial services, or a relevant professional background that can add value from a different perspective. Ability to develop and maintain client portfolio and understand financing, cash management and business support needs. Base salary range : CAD 76,800 – 115,200 per year. Full‑time permanent position. Location : Montréal, QC (on site). Work hours : 37.5 per week.

Job Overview
As a member of the Commercial Banking team, the Account Manager serves as the face of the bank in the markets it serves, handling both credit and non‑credit services for a portfolio that typically includes non‑borrowing clients. The role supports the manager of Commercial Credit and focuses on credit structuring, risk assessment, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Structure credits and address perceived risk, including performing due diligence, establishing pricing and terms, and providing ongoing credit reviews and risk ratings.
- Develop and broaden relationships with existing customers, cross‑selling relevant financial products.
- Build new customer relationships through referrals and industry participation.
- Maintain ongoing credit reviews and risk ratings that reflect knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
- Participate in industry and community activities to cultivate external referral sources.
