About the Opportunity
- Supporting the timely posting of disbursements
Managing the weekly EFT process
Posting invoices received in the accounts payable inbox daily
Reviewing and approving firm credit card postings and reconciliations
Providing on-site assistance to the accounting team as needed
Assisting with bank reconciliations for trust and / or direct deposit accounts
Coordinating payment schedules with vendors and accessing vendor portals to retrieve invoices
About You
3-5 years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required
Intermediate Excel are required
Post-secondary in Accounting / Finance or related
strong attention to detail
Salary Range
55,000 - $65,000 / year
