About the Opportunity
- Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
Review invoices, expenses, and petty cash for compliance
Resolve discrepancies and unpaid invoices
Ensure deadlines and service requests are met
Verify AP invoices for accuracy and authorization
Manage intercompany transactions and vendor records
Oversee online billing setup and AP system improvements
Supervise AP clerks and provide training
Support policy updates and performance management
Oversee revenue transactions and approvals
About You
5+ years of full-cycle AP, including processing invoices in a high-volume environment, coding, and intercompany transactions is a must
Previous experience managing direct reports is required
Property / Real estate industry experience is a must
Experience with Yardi is a must
High proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups
Experience with system implementations or process improvements is a strong asset
Salary Range
70,000 - $80,000 / year
