As a member of the Director of Business Development’s team, the Account Manager brings expertise by :
Identifies and solicits potential customers to build his or her customer base.
Identifies and evaluates the needs and resources of customers and recommends the appropriate goods.
Communicates with customers post-sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
Offers individual training to customers.
Evaluates and establishes sales conditions and delivery dates.
Yearly business reviews with top customers.

College diploma in administration, with an option in marketing or chemistry, or any other relevant experience.
University degree is an asset.
Vehicle required;
Experience in sales;
CRM experience preferred;
