As the new Account Manager, you’ll join a team of four within the larger operations group, providing dedicated support to a portfolio of customers. Your key responsibilities include :
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring a best-in-class experience.
- Tracking shipments and proactively solving logistics challenges.
- Pricing and quoting shipments to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Dispatching logistics service providers and coordinating freight movements.
- Utilizing TMS, CRM, and freight quoting software to streamline operations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
With experience and dedication, you’ll have ample opportunities for advancement within the team and across the organization, with potential for promotion into Senior Account Manager or Operations Lead roles within 12 months.
Who You Are :

Location : Full-time, permanent position based in a vibrant Burlington office.Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm.
