About Prehos
Prehos is a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in clinical documentation and operational optimization for paramedic services. Our mission is to enhance prehospital care through innovative technology. With a strong presence in Canada and plans for expansion, we are looking for a motivated Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships, particularly in Ontario .
Role Overview
As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of paramedic service and other clinical provider clients across Canada, primarily assigned to Ontario with other Canadian market responsibilities . You will ensure client satisfaction, support adoption and growth of our solutions, and identify opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with paramedic service clients, ensuring their success with Prehos solutions.
Drive client engagement by conducting regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to ensure client operational success. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their use of our platform.
Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Development) to address client needs and challenges.
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities (additional licenses, modules, and equipment upgrades).
Track and improve customer satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns.
Lead client meetings, training sessions, and industry events to strengthen relationships.
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions in the CRM.
Serve as the primary escalation point for high-priority client issues, ensuring quick resolution.
Manage RFP submissions, working closely with internal teams to coordinate responses, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with proposal requirements.
Assist in new customer implementation by providing guidance, supporting adoption through initial training and engagement.
Required Qualifications
Must-have : Strong knowledge of the paramedic and prehospital care sector in Canada. Experience working with EMS, paramedic services, or healthcare organizations is essential .
Asset : Familiarity with the Ontario paramedic ecosystem , including regional Paramedicine and paramedic structures, regulations, and procurement processes.
3 to 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales , ideally in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken), as we support clients across Canada.
Comfortable using CRM tools ( Zoho CRM experience is an asset ).
