Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategy for acquiring new banking clients.
  • Own and manage the pipeline for new bank acquisitions, ensuring proper tracking, progression, and successful closure.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and provide support during the sales process.
  • Develop an understanding of prospective clients’ goals and challenges to create tailored sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across the organization.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven success in similar sales roles, achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in technology-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
