    The Role :

    We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sr. Account Executive (Sr. AE) to join our team. The Sr. AE will play a critical role in driving the growth of Alternative Payments by identifying and creating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and payment solutions.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Conferences : Be the primary representative of Alternative Payments at all conferences. Time should be spent on identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and targeting named accounts.
  • Sales Execution : Identify and close new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Needs Analysis : Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and drive growth.
  • Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of Alternative Payments’ and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
  • Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the customer base.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to support lead-generation campaigns and provide feedback on new ideas and trends that will elevate the teams’ success.
  • What you will Bring (Requirements)

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, within the MSP industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication and active listening.
  • Experience in the MSP industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • History of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Nice to have :

    Startup experience preferred.

    Compensation

    Total compensation range for this role is $120-160K USD OTE. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, education / training.
