THE ROLE

Highly experienced ServiceNow Architect, specialized in IT Asset Management, with a deep expertise in architecting ServiceNow solutions High level of expertise and proficiency in designing and architecting complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor environment Ensures seamless integration of into client’s overall architecture and is responsible for customer relationship at technical level Provides overall architectural vision and technical cloud strategy for the customer Ensures technical alignment of teams helping customer Identifies opportunity to cross-sell a solution with new ServiceNow modules / products

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary technical contact point for large and / or complex customers (i.e. multiplatform, multi-project, …)
  • Guides customers in adopting and improving digital transformation strategy leveraging ServiceNow
  • In collaboration with the Pre-sales Transformation Architects, develops the overall solution and technical roadmap for customers for which he is the technical contact point, ensuring alignment with overall customer vision and strategy
  • Works closely with Solution Leads and ServiceNow Product Leads to ensure proposals are in line with established practices, products and technical capabilities and to ensure accuracy of resource / cost estimates
  • Participates in customer governance meetings and works closely with Client Executive and Client Engagement Director to ensure overall success with customers
  • Provides oversight and technical direction to technical teams involved on the same or diTerent projects for the same customer to ensure alignment with each other and understanding of solution proposals and overall technical vision
  • Technical leader and mentor to others in ServiceNow architecture and technical communities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow solution, trends, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in and contribute to Architecture Review Board (ARB) technical discussions, solution reviews, and documentation.
  • Main deliverables include : Leading strategic workshops, participating into governance calls, developing the technical solution for proposals and creating transformation roadmaps
  • 60-70% of time spent on service delivery; 30-40% of time spent on pre-sales

REQUIREMENT

  • 8+ years of experience on ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow CIS-Hardware Management certified
  • ServiceNow CIS-Software Management certified
  • NICE TO HAVE

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Bilingual (French & English)
