What You’ll Do:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs.

• Market and provide appropriate insurance products and services.

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service.

• Assess clients’ needs and recommend the right solutions.

• Achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Utilize your knowledge of Life Insurance & Living Benefits

What We’re Looking For:

• One or both of the following licenses - OTL, RIBO, LLQP

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).

• Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service.

• Ability to multitask and make professional presentations to clients.

• Clean background check and credit report as required by Desjardins.
