Senior CRM Analyst

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for continual improvement and learning.

In this role, you will define and deploy solutions, adapting to changing priorities. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for applying your skills to both internal initiatives and external client development.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Development and management of multiple client Dynamics 365 (CRM) environments
  • Proactive approach to internal company systems and processes
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to decipher, translate, and communicate client requests

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • 2+ years experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Experience with multiple CRM environments
  • Strong understanding and experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, computer science, statistics, data science, or a related field

  • Strong practical problem-solving and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, and approachable
  • Ability and passion to adapt and learn quickly
  • Strong understanding of technology
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
