We are very excited to be growing our Sandbox family. We have two (2) permanent, full-time
Customer Care Representative positions and are on the search for our team members. Reporting to
the Manager, Customer Experience, the successful candidates will ensure customers receive timely
and accurate assistance and solutions while addressing customer needs in a delightfully simple
manner in alignment with Sandbox delivering exemplary customer experiences.
As a Customer Care Representative, YOU Will Be Responsible For :
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels while maintaining consistency in service quality across all platforms.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure all interactions are completed within established standards of delivery and service level to facilitate the achievement of member satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency in a fast paced environment.
- Assist with training and guiding new team members.
- Process payments from brokers and policy holders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We Need From YOU!
- Completion of Grade 12 education.
- One year underwriting, claims or accounting experience; or one year customer service, call centre, conflict resolution, customer sales, or customer support role, preferably within the insurance industry or other direct related experience or training.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Share information, listen actively, and respond empathetically to customer inquiries and concerns and to perform detailed work accurately.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train other employees.
- Ability to establish and maintain respectful, effective working relationships with others internally and externally.
- Act as a role model who supports a delightfully simple insurance experience and a positive
- organization culture.

This unionized position offers an annual salary range of $47,934 62,733, a comprehensive benefits package, a fun and inclusive work environment, professional development opportunities
