Position Summary
The Data Quality Assurance Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that all studies are configured accurately to meet customer specifications before being processed.
This role involves performing thorough visual inspections, interpreting customer requirements, and understanding system limitations to identify any issues in the study setup.
The Administrator will also communicate directly with customers regarding configuration issues and may publish completed studies.
Key Accountabilities
Study Processing and Quality Assurance
- Follow established procedures to configure studies and define tasks clearly for accurate processing.
- Assign re-configuration tasks and escalate cases when necessary.
- Conduct quality checks, ensuring data meets accuracy standards and customer requirements.
- Communicate study hold notes to customers when adjustments or clarifications are needed.
Configuration and Customer Communication
- Review and validate study configurations to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, collaborating with production leads and support specialists.
- Provide clear customer updates, setting realistic expectations and proposing solutions as needed.
Process Improvement and Team Collaboration
- Participate in team discussions and projects, offering insights and suggestions for improving efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies and share knowledge.
- Train new hires in study configuration, providing feedback to enhance team quality.
Skills / Qualifications
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the traffic industry and traffic patterns is a plus.
- Proficient in following instructions and process-oriented with an efficiency focus.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to clearly articulate issues, raise concerns, and communicate with team members and customers.
- Experience collaborating within a team environment and working effectively with diverse personalities.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a process-driven role with a focus on achieving quality standards.
