Bilingual Client service - Banking
Daily Responsibilities : As a Client Representative, they will be accountable for providing high quality client service to an assigned group of fee or non-fee paying clients, through the management of day-to-day account activity, ensuring that client service is a priority when dealing with and responding to day-to-day queries and requests.
They will ensure a superior level of service is maintained at all times, share knowledge of pending issues and escalate items where necessary to the line manager or the relevant Manager Service Assurance.
They will collaborate with Manager Service Assurance and other groups within Client Services and Operations, Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to promptly resolve queries and assist in the development of solutions to address clients’ needs and or issues.
In addition, they will ensure all risk management and compliance policies are adhered to.Must-have Skills / Experiences and / or Education : Active learning, operational delivery, interpersonal relationship management, detail-oriented, adaptability, customer service, communication, product service, problem solving.
