Job Summary

The B2B Account Representative will be responsible for the expansion of our B2B client, programs, and rapid growth of B2B revenue.

This role demands an individual with a strong desire to quickly pinpoint and capitalize on promising leads and transforming them into opportunities.

Beyond initial conversions, the Representative will also provide outbound calls for new client acquisition as well as post-sale support for client satisfaction and loyalty through relationship building.

Our ideal candidate is professional and possesses charisma and a drive for tangible results. They will be outgoing and a professional self-starter.

A background in B2B sales is welcomed, with some experience in the categories of security and smart home products considered an asset.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • new leads and convert them into opportunities through prospecting tools.
  • with clients to understand their needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
  • strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
  • sales goals through various channels.
  • accurate records in the company database and manage CRM.
  • client concerns and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • industry developments to the Sales and Product Management teams.
  • post-sale support and assist with credit / AR matters if necessary.
  • products and provide training on Lorex assortment.
  • other duties as required.

Requirements :

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) :

  • relationship building and networking skills.
  • time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • and proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • with a focus on customer service.

Competency Profile :

  • customer focus and ability to learn new product specifications quickly.
  • to remain calm under pressure and identify upsell opportunities.
  • listening skills and the ability to provide adequate solutions.

Background Experiences :

  • year working experience in dealing with B2B clients is preferred.
  • with CRM and lead generation tools.
  • in business, marketing, or relevant field preferred.
  • in the security industry is beneficial but not required.
