Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions Business Area is looking for a talented Campaign Specialist. Specific responsibilities include assisting with multi-channel campaigns, building and scheduling campaigns across paid channels, coordinating campaign assets, monitoring performance against campaign KPIs, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless execution and driving measurable results.

While part of the Marketing Communications team at Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions Business Area, this position will join a high-performance team focused on creating impactful Marketing that inspires confidence in our company and technologies.

This position is with Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions Business Area, which specifically delivers mining, autonomy, and high-precision positioning solutions that enable autonomous operations. Our product portfolio empowers customers to operate with confidence in challenging environments.

The Location: This position is based in Calgary, Alberta or remote.

Responsibilities

As our Campaign Specialist, you would be responsible for:

• Support the Marketing Campaign Manager in the execution and launch of multi-channel and ABM campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless and timely campaign delivery.
• Build, schedule, and optimise campaigns across a variety of paid channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Assist in the development and execution of ABM strategies, including the creation and delivery of targeted campaigns.
• Track and monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and marketing automation platforms.
• Analyse key campaign metrics to uncover insights and identify opportunities for optimization that improve ROI.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign impact and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimise results.
• Proven ability to execute multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and tools, including Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience designing or implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Graphic design skills (., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment or knowledge of and experience working with automotive, defence, mining, marine, robotics or GNSS/GPS technology
