Senior Land Development Associate
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This opportunity would be based in their Vernon office. Ideally, the incoming lawyer would be motivated and has experience working with complex development matters, including but not limited to land development, subdivisions, disclosure statements, shared interest developments, and strata projects.
While there is enough work for the successful candidate, the ideal individual would be coming with a partial practice. Aside from the legal aspects of this position, this firm highly appreciates candidates who are personable and work well within a collaborative, team focused environment.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 10+ years of post call experience, with strong land development experience a strong asset
- Genuine interest and passion for land development matters
- Located in and having a connection with the local Vernon community

- Flexible compensation structure, dependent on the individual. Flexible billable targets as well!
