Role Overview

TheElectricalEngineerisa full-timeposition withinEnfinitesTechnical Servicesgroup. Reporting to the DirectorOperations,you willprovide technical supportand leadershipforEnfinite owned and operated facilities, particularly the eReserve batteries.

As a key member of the operations team, the Electrical Engineer plays a critical role in facilitating the integration of maintenance and capital asset management processes to ensure Enfinite is making the right investments at the right time for long-term reliability of Enfinites facilities. This role serves as the Operations field representative for maintenance and capital work identification and planning, as well as engineering support for existing / new facilities. Positive leadership, relevant work experience, and technical knowledge are requirements for this position.

Core Responsibilities

Engineering and Asset Optimization

• Contributetechnical leadershipforelectricalfacilitiesandOperational Technology(OT) requirements, analyzingand reportingoperational data and performance metrics to improve asset value and reliability.
• Develop and prioritize project scopes, cost estimates, and risk assessments for maintenance or optimization, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, best practices, and OEM standards.
• Engage in lifecycle cost analysis and technical evaluations to support continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
