As we continue to focus on the growth of our Sage Intacct practice, we have a need for a new Sage Implementation Consultant on the west coast of Canada.
Given the location of our clients, and the remote nature of the work required, we are looking for our ideal candidate to be in AB or BC.
As an Intacct Implementation Consultant you will work collaboratively with clients and with various cross-functional teams to deliver on our clients’ technology and business needs through the implementation of Sage Intacct ERP software solution.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing consulting, training, and support to small to medium-sized business customers in delivering successful implementation of Intacct’s cloud-native solution.
- Working directly with CFO’s, CIO’s and end-users in understanding their business needs, operational requirements, and growth areas, to build and / or improve upon their ERP solution.
- Performing business analysis and providing system and process documentation as you configure the Intacct solution and create financial reports that with boost operational efficiencies and drive organizational growth.
- Advising and guiding customers on their journey from system selection to go-live, post-implementation support, and beyond.
- Supporting internal and external sales efforts as required, such as product demos and functional review.
We are seeking candidates that will bring the following skills and experience :
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other relevant focus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ industry experience with direct experience in the design and / or use of cloud-native accounting / ERP products (E.g. Sage Intacct, Netsuite).
- Proven technical aptitude from past experiences.
- Proven experience in effectively managing project deliverables to meet client expectations and providing training (internal or / or external).
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities and superior written and communication skills are a must.
- Commitment to personal continuous learning and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Preference may be given to candidates working towards or holding a professional accounting designation.
