Key Responsibilities
- Lead Global Distribution : Manage and expand the global distribution network, cultivating long-term partnerships to drive market growth across multiple regions.
- Sales Leadership & Business Development : Lead and mentor a high-performing global sales team, overseeing key deals and customer relationships.
Promote product adoption among consultants, integrators, venues, rental, and production companies to maximize market penetration.
- Strategic Planning & Execution : Design and implement sales and distribution strategies aligned with company goals. Drive revenue through proactive leadership and innovative business development efforts.
- Collaborative Leadership : Partner with Marketing, Application Engineering, Technical Support, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between technical and commercial strategies.
- Market Insight & Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities and contributing to product strategy by providing actionable market feedback.
- KPI & Performance Management : Define and track key performance metrics to optimize sales funnels, customer satisfaction, and market share.
- Global Presence : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners worldwide, with regular on-site visits and international travel to key markets.

Global Distribution Expertise : Proven experience in building and managing a global distribution network, preferably within professional audio or high-end AV sectors.
Strong leadership experience managing global sales teams is essential.
- Technical Knowledge in Pro Audio : Deep expertise in sound reinforcement, loudspeakers, or high-end audio systems, with the ability to effectively communicate advanced technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial Leadership : Commercially driven, hands-on leader with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, excelling in fast-paced environments and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally, up to 50%.

Willingness to travel extensively across North America and internationally, with periodic on-site attendance at company headquarters.
Requirements
Requirements : University graduate or equivalent experience with further studies in AV installation, data or voice communications, or drafting.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and / or communications environment. Understanding of project management practices and customer service obligations.
Knowledge of electrical, electronic, communications, and computer products and equipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Familiarity with building construction and blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial Integrator Navigate system, specifically for change orders and delay notices feedback to the Project Manager.
CTS-I Certification Preferred
