Analytics Manager, Credit Risk at Affirm

The Credit team works cross‑functionally with Machine Learning, Fraud, Product, Engineering, Capital Markets, and Commercial teams to responsibly manage the risk profile of the business. We’re looking for an intelligent, driven individual who wants to learn, grow, and solve hard problems.

What you’ll do

• Partner with cross‑functional teams and be the Credit POC that manages the end‑to‑end credit strategy for the Amazon portfolio
• Leverage alternative data and optimize our credit strategy to expand credit reach to the low FICO and credit invisible users
• Partner with Machine Learning team to enhance our underwriting framework for high AOV
• Support new product formation and new vertical exploration

Pay Grade : O

Equity Grade : 6

Employees new to affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).

Base pay range per year : $170,000‑$220,000

Affirm is a remote‑first company. Most roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment. Occasionally a role may require you to spend time at the assigned office.
