Job Description

We are looking for a Program Supervisor - Paint Process Engineering to join us!

Missions :

• Oversee the paint process engineering activities, ensuring successful program launches.
• Supervise tooling, process development, and application methods within the paint department.
• Provide hands-on leadership to address technical challenges and improve paint process efficiencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Manage the implementation of new paint technologies and process improvements.
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all paint process activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in paint process engineering, with a strong focus on tooling, process, and application supervision.
• Proven ability to lead and manage critical projects, particularly during launch phases.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimizing paint processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to paint processes.
