All our Veterinary Surgeons at Blue Cross work on a healthy mix of emergency and routine treatments. You'll be exposed to more complex medical cases and experience a greater variety of work compared to private practice.
Our out-of-hours shifts work differently from those in private practices. Currently, staff work a mixture of day and night shifts.
However, our OOH shifts are followed by immediate lieu time, unlike in private practices where vets may be required to work OOH and then the following day.
We recognise the importance of achieving a healthy work-life balance and open to discussing flexible working arrangements to accommodate your individual needs and commitments.
