About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Algorithm Developer to join our Vancouver-based algorithm team. This is a hands‑on role, developing and optimizing high‑performance algorithms in C and C++, driving short‑term code refactoring and long‑term feature development.

While experience with image processing and machine learning is a nice‑to‑have, the core of this role is deep expertise in C / C++ and algorithm development. This is an in‑office position, requiring presence at our Gastown office 5 days a week.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize software structures for algorithm‑intensive applications using C / C++ .
• Develop, refactor, and optimize algorithms for performance and reliability.
• Assign and review technical tasks to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Support the sales team with technical expertise and product enhancements.
