Real Estate Development - Senior Manager/Manager, Leasing

THE ROLE

As the Sr. Manager/Manager, Leasing, you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Roadmap the expansion plan of our real estate.
• Secure a best-in-class portfolio of physical spaces.
• Get the locations we want with the best deal.
• Manage lease rights and tenant relations.
• Hold the landlords accountable for the lease.
• Maintain the relationship with each other and address business opportunities for scale.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Manager/Manager, Leasing has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in retail real estate leasing, financial analysis, and lease negotiation.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD or USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
