We are currently seeking someone to fill the position of Project Manager who will report to the Vice President of Global Sales Operations.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the deployment processes of our products at client sites.

You will play a key role in managing the integration of our solution by ensuring high-quality follow-up with the various stakeholders of each project.

This role requires excellent project management skills, a strong technical understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

The Project Manager must be client-focused, project-success oriented, and capable of managing multiple deployment projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will work closely with our technical teams as well as the Operations and Sales teams.

Your day-to-day looks like :

• From deal signature to handover to the support team, plan and establish the milestones, processes and activities, including risks and resource requirements that will allow us to successfully deploy our solution at our clients’ premises;
• Act as the liaison between the sales team and clients throughout the project duration;
• Work together with various internal teams (supply chain, accounting, etc.);
• Organize meetings and phone calls with clients and stakeholders;
• Conduct site visits and support clients;
• Be present for important on-site tasks like site visits, installation, commissioning, etc;
• Prepare the necessary documentation according to our quality standards : project chart, inspection document, etc ;
• Monitor progress and identify corrective actions, budget and time variances;

Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure timely projects delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

What you need to join our team :

• At least three (3) years as a project or operations manager;
• At least a technical degree in engineering or any relevant education;
• Project Management Certification is a strong asset;
• Collaborative and adaptable with a mindset focused on results, solutions, and innovation;
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty and get involved in physical tasks;
• Skill in developing and preserving positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary, and fluency in French is a plus;
• Be willing to travel the equivalent of seven (7) days per month and more during rollouts;
• Have a valid driving permit and passport - can travel worldwide;
• Electric, horticulture or lighting knowledge are strong assets;
• Experience with SAP and Monday.com is considered an asset;

Residing in the Essex County area is a strong asset.
