Were looking for a Senior Manager Digital Experience & Ecommerce Platform to own the full online experience across :
- Our dealer online ordering portal
- The end-to-end shopping ordering journey for every audience we serve
This is a leadership role for someone who is strategic independent and full of ideas but also knows how to execute lead a team and make things happen in the real world.
What Youll Own
You are accountable for our digital experience performance across both website ecommerce / ordering .
UX performance conversionDealer portal ordering experience (flow usability functionality adoption)Digital merchandising (how products are organized discovered and presented)Feature roadmap launches across platformsVendors tools that make growth possibleA team that executes with quality and momentumWhat Youll Do
Own the roadmap for our website and dealer ordering portal and continuously improve bothLead how customers and dealers browse select and take action online (shopping ordering tools self-serve journeys)Bring ideas that improve product discovery simplify decisions and increase conversion and adoptionLead and develop a team of specialists :Front-End Developer
Digital DesignereMerchandising CoordinatorEcommerce Project Manager (Systems & Integrations)Coordinate vendors platforms and tools selecting the right solutions and holding partners accountableWork closely with Marketing Sales Customer Service and Operations to ensure platforms support real business needsMake decisions solve problems and drive progressQualifications :
This Role Is For You If
Youre someone who has :
Owned a digital platform before and knows what it takes to make it performLed web teams and shipped real featuresStrong instincts for experience (you know what good feels like)Comfort working with technical specialists integrating systems and dataThe ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving environmentConfidence managing vendors tools and complexity without overcomplicating itQualifications (Must Have)
7 years experience in digital experience ecommerce web or related roles with management experienceProven experience owning a website and / or ecommerce platform end-to-endProven experience leading a web team (design development)Experience overseeing ecommerce roadmaps and feature launches (planning execution release discipline)Strong understanding of how systems tools connect (CMS ecommerce platform CRM analytics etc.)Proven experience managing vendors and external partnersHighly independent you can figure things out make decisions and drive progressWhat Success Looks Like
