Job Title : Physical Therapist
Location : North Central Texas (1.5 hours from DFW)
Shift : Days, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Contract Duration : 13 weeks with possible extension!
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week
Local Pay Rate : $54 / hour
Travel Pay rate : $2,511 / week (must be more than 50 miles from the facility location)
Expected Turnaround Time for Offer : 1-2 Days
Setting : Critical Access Hospital - 90% Outpatient, 10% Acute Care
Job Overview : We are urgently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a critical access hospital in North Central Texas, located just 1.
5 hours from the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on outpatient care and some acute care responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, with occasional acute care duties.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements :
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
1 year of experience is preferred, but new graduates will be considered as well
