Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $78 to $90 based onexperience.

3month contracthybrid position.

Fulltime 37.50hours per week

Responsibilities :

Ensure the process is delivered meeting company standards ofaccuracy compliance andgovernance.

Manage the endtoendflow of the process by ensuring proper submission of documentstagging the correct reviewers for review and promptly responding toquestions from submitters regarding next steps and generalguidance.

Educate users on movingdocuments through the PRP processsmoothly.

Ensure submissions aretagged to appropriate groups forreview.

Check submissions stuckin the process and assist in getting them reviewed based onSLAs.

Coordinate with contentcreators to ensure adherence to establishedprocesses.

Support the marketingoperations team in managing Wrikeaccess.

Implement any necessarychanges to forms for efficiencyssake.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

710 years of experience in a relevantposition.

Proficiency with Wriketool.

Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice suite (SharePoint andOneNote).

Strong analyticalskills.

Strong attention todetail.

Strong organizationalskills.

Strong prioritizationskills.

Capability to handlemultiple projects simultaneously and excel in managing smalldetails.

Ability to workindependently within a team.

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to consultinfluence and negotiate with people from diverse backgrounds andlevels throughout theorganization.

French oral andwritten skills are anasset.
