Position : Dispatcher

We have an immediate opening for a dispatcher for our morning shift (5am-2pm and must be available on weekends) .

The Dispatcher’s main responsibilities are :

• Scheduling all staff and notifying clients
• Completing data entry and maintaining accurate scheduling
• Maintaining excellent customer service relations with clients and candidates
• Handling and documenting all concerns
• handle incoming calls from clients and ensure proper care coordination and planning
• responsible for ensuring that all shifts are staffed in a timely manner
• contacting existing employees to update their files and update their work experience, references, certifications and hours of availability

To be successful in this position, you must :

• Fluent bilingualism as we have offices in Ontario and Quebec
• Hold a minimum of two years’ experience in the service industry or a call centre environment
• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Be an energetic, flexible, highly organized individual with a self-starter personality
