Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable / ReceivableDrake International is searching for a candidate for our client that has specific experience with accounts payable / receivable, administration as well as amazing customer service skills as this role also includes reception desk coverage .

- Competitive salary of $55,000 to $60,000
- Monday to Friday, Full-time hours
- Weekly Pay every Friday
- This is a temporary to permanent position, with the opportunity to be hired directly with the client
What you bring :
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable is a MUST
- Printing / Preparing invoices and statements
- Data entry and journaling
- An ability to handle a variety of client requests, both in person and over the phone
- Reception and other administrative duties as required
- Support your team, and be supported by sharing solutions
- Outstanding customer service
- Quick books experience is an asset
Who you are :
- Minimum 2-year experience managing payables and receivables
- Post-secondary education
- Reliable
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
- You have at least six months of experience in customer care
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of accounting terminology and software
