Note : Day and Night shifts available, all positions require weekend work

12 hour shifts, Sunday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday with alternating Wednesdays

What you'll do :

• Obtain updates from the prior shift (including DP times, load types, non-retail load update, other critical information)
• Review operational + / -, identify labour required by load time availability
• Review emails, confirm all loads are printed and drivers are assigned a match (reconcile), ensure loads are being completed
• Organize retail loads, non-retail loads and consolidate
• Select drivers based on operational needs and assign suitable route
• Provide updates to the following shift upon their arrival (including DP times, load types, non-retail load update, other critical information)
• Answer incoming calls as needed
• Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring :

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various individuals, from upper management to drivers
• Ability to work in multiple systems and applications, with a quick ability to learn
• Teammate, who is willing to assist others when needed
• Prior experience in a transportation environment is preferred
