Barrington James is currently working with a large Pharmaceutical company looking for a PMRC, Meeting Planning and Field Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month contract
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Facilitating and reviewing external promotional and communication activities
- Process invoices for a variety of projects for proper accounting record and payment
- Lead PMRC meetings including all preparation of agendas, prioritization of items that require discussion, documentation of key decisions and next steps
- Manage annual planning calendar, annual budget development, on going budget tracking d maintaining quarterly business reviews.
Requirements :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats
- Proficient in Microsoft office products ad Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Minimum 1+ years working in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare field
- Agency experience is a plus
