Amherstburg Chevrolet Buick GMC (2016) Limited is hiring a Full Time Accounting Clerk.
The address is 432 Sandwich Street South, Amherstburg, ON N9V 3R2.
Job Duties :
Creating & Posting Wholesale Deals
Posting of New, & Used Deals
Updating Sales commission on individual commission sheets for payroll purposes in the system.
Issue on-demand cheques as required through the day when needed
Assist in the preparation of payroll on a bi-weekly basis
Oversee incentive receivable accounts and update team with outstanding balances
Assist Controller with Month-End / Year-End preparatory work
Reconciling various ledger & subledger accounts
Assist in completing monthly flooring reconciliation
Reconciling after markets warranties and processing payments
Requirements :
Accounting Clerk / Accounting Assistant experience in a dealership is mandatory
Strong knowledge of debits and credits, journal entries, data entry, payroll management, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with the ability to navigate through other online platforms
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Driven, independent and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work extended hours during month-end cycles
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $25.00 $28.00 / HR to be determined based on experience & knowledge
