Marketing Manager

Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Foster strong relationships with entrepreneurial tenants and owners to understand their needs, enhance collaboration, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Plan, execute, and promote tenant- and community-focused events that increase foot traffic, improve brand perception, and foster engagement within the property
- Analyze event attendance, social media performance, and sales data to evaluate ROI and refine marketing initiatives for greater impact.
- Strategically allocate and manage marketing budgets for events and campaigns, ensuring cost-effective outcomes while achieving high-impact results.
- Work closely with the General Manager and other team members to align marketing strategies with operational goals and maintain a cohesive team environment.
Your strengths include :
- 3+ years of experience : Demonstrated expertise in marketing, event planning, and social media management, with a proven track record of driving engagement and brand awareness.
- Relevant education such as a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Events
- Proven ability to execute event marketing, social media campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives in a customer focused environment
- Relationship building : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with tenants, owners, and the on-site team
- Analytical mindset : Skilled in collecting and interpreting data to guide decisions and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
