Salary : $95,000 - $120,000

Supplemental pay types : Performance Bonus

What you can expect in a Sales Manager role at 2CM Innovative :

• The Sales Manager is responsible for the generation of new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base within the manufacturing sector in different industries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at manufacturing companies.
• Collaborate closely with our technical team to propose tailored automation solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Communicate with the customer to understand their needs, and timelines and obtain required information to generate the proposal.

Build strong and lasting relationships with customers.

What You’ll Bring :

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications in manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to strategize and prioritize effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
