Lock Search Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician for a prominent packaging solutions provider. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial packaging machinery, both on-site and at customer locations.
You'll also play a key role in training others on equipment operation, completing service order paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial packaging machinery, both on-site and at customer locations.
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams for machine preparation and customer demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with inspection requirements by modifying machinery as needed (electronically and mechanically).
- Prepare and submit accurate service work orders for invoicing.
- Stay updated on industry knowledge and engage in continuous learning.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronic, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in servicing packaging equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and SCM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
