As our new Sales Manager, this is where you come into the picture.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate individual to launch our new children's clothing brand in Canada. This brand is already well-established in other countries, and we need a dynamic sales professional capable of establishing our presence in the Canadian market.

You will be the official point of contact for the brand in the country and represent it in Denmark.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

  • Develop and implement an effective launch strategy for our new children's clothing brand in Canada.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with retailers, online boutiques, and other relevant distribution channels to introduce our products to the market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting clients to closing sales.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and presentations to increase visibility and build relationships with key partners.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and capture market share.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research to understand the Canadian market landscape and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.

YOUR PROFILE

Therefore, it is crucial for us that you are a proactive, team player and enjoy working independently. In addition to this, we are looking for someone who has :

  • Proven track record of successful sales management within the fashion or apparel industry, preferably in kidswear.
  • Established reputation in the wholesale fashion industry; you have experienced many roles such as Sales Coordinator, Sales Representative, etc.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian fashion and children's clothing market; good network of potential customers is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and French as you will need to communicate with international colleagues and customers.
  • Able to deliver good feedback whether it is aimed at business or people growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales process effectively.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently within the country and internationally.
