About the Role
Reporting to the lniskim Centre Director with occasional supervision by the Indigenous University Bridging Program Administrator, the Program Assistant is responsible for the overall administration of the Indigenous University Bridging Program. The Program Assistant will work closely with the Program Administrator and other lniskim staff. Tasks include : preparation of instructional contracts, interacting with instructors and staff to coordinate class schedules, meeting with students for registration support, sharing program information with prospective students, data entry and word processing, and support for events hosted by the lniskim Centre. Participation as a team member in daily procedures and attendance at lniskim staff meetings is also required.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.
