Salary starting at $ + commission

Permanent full-time position

Schedule : 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday

As a Customer Service Representative ( Specialized Agent, Purchasing) at Kenny U-Pull, you will be the first point of contact with our clients looking to sell their car with us.

Reporting to the call center supervisor, you will have the pleasure of :

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Take the time to understand the specific needs of our customers and offer personalized solutions
• Explain our unique business model and highlight its benefits.
• Negotiate and close car sales with sales goals and customer satisfaction in mind.
• Follow up on pending requests and individual customers

Qualifications

• Functional bilingualism (French and English)
• One year experience in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications
• Interest in the automotive field.
