A career as a Senior Data Analyst in the Customer Engagement Analytics team within the Personal Data Management and Valuation team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in our data ecosystems to facilitate proactive decision-making.
This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, through your skills in customer and marketing data development and management, data analysis, dashboard and report production, communication of results, and recommendation based on trend analysis.
- Analyze Customer and Marketing data to understand and achieve the organization's goals.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to manage and optimize the marketing data ecosystem and processes.
- Create and prepare dashboards, analyses, reports, and templates to facilitate proactive decision-making.
- Present results in a clear and concise way, performance and trends using effective visualizations.
- Make recommendations based on trend analysis, identify areas of risk and opportunity.
Your team
The Vice-Presidency of Risk Strategy Modeling, Perception and Recovery is made up of more than 350 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
Within the Personal Solutions and Distribution Strategy sector, you will be part of the large Personal Data Management and Valorization team and report to the Senior Director, Customer Engagement Analytics.

Prerequisite
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Marketing or any relevant discipline.
- Advanced mastery of SQL data processing and transformation, SAS an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI dashboard development
- Strong communication and popularization skills, proactivity and rigor.
- Experience in a cloud environment (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS) and Python skills are preferred.
