ROLE SUMMARY : Analysts are first points of contact for our Consumers, Suppliers, Retailers and Employees. Responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and addressing customer needs through inbound phone, email, online chat and at times outbound follow- up services. They build relationships and gather important information as well as provide accurate information to our clients. Provide support to colleagues by answering questions and executing training for new employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Answer incoming requests via phone, email, fax, and ticketing systems​

Register the contact details into the ticketing applications​

Respond to requests and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner ​

Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures ​

Perform a variety of moderately complex administrative tasks ​

Provide support to team members by answering questions ​

Support in new employee trainings ​

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

1-2 years of customer service experience​

Customer service mindset​

Full fluency in French & English
